ABS Jets has a whistleblowing system in place, which is based on the EU directive (No. 2019/1937). The aim of this reporting system is detecting and fighting against possible serious illegal activity within the company. The following can use the system and report an illegal activity:
- Company employees
- Cooperating self-employed persons
- Members of the body
- Volunteers
- Interns
- Job seekers
- Contractual suppliers and others
Natural persons can file a report if they become aware of a possible illegal act in connection with work or another similar activity, which:
- Violates legal or EU regulation in defined areas, or
- Has signs of any crime or misdemeanor
- Violates the Whistleblower Protection Act
- Violates legal regulations in any of the listed areas (legal regulations in the field of financial services, corporate income tax, consumer protection, employment or labour law, etc.)
The report can be submitted:

- by email: whistleblowing@absjets.com
- orally (telephone, answering machine) to an authorized person
- in person orally to an authorized person
- in writing to the mailbox at the company's reception
The submitted report will only be delivered to the authorized person who is required to process it and ensure that the reporting person is not subject to any retaliation by the company. This person will respond to each report and contact the whistleblower to obtain additional information and to ensure that a corrective action is taken. It will not be possible to respond to an anonymously submitted report in full.
