Prague Playoffs Global Champions 2023

The Riesenbeck International team’s victory came down to three seconds of Philipp Weishaupt's ride on nine-year-old Zineday:  “It was amazing, there’s nothing else like Prague in the world!”

This year’s Prague Playoffs at the O2 Arena in Libeň was visited by a total of 39,212 spectators, which is a record turnout for the whole of the Global Champions series.
Besides the classic disciplines, visitors also enjoyed four-in-hand races, an artistic show and horseboarding, an unconventional discipline where a horse pulls a rider on a skateboard.

Aviation company ABS Jets was also there at this important competition

The Global Champions is an annual world series of show jumping team competitions, founded in 2006 by Dutch Olympic champion Jan Tops.

Since 2007 all the races have been organised under the International Federation for Equestrian Sports (FEI) classification in the highest category CSI 5*.

Next year it will be held in Riyadh; after the end of the Prague event, the organisers and participants expressed their hopes that it would soon return to Prague.
